1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and smjl Casino ("smjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform located at smjl.lat. By accessing, registering on, or using the smjl platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration
- Each person may register only one (1) smjl account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your smjl login credentials, including your username and password. smjl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
- You must notify smjl immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team via live chat or email.
- smjl reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable law.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- smjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method as published on the platform.
- All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). smjl is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.
- smjl may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Documents required may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

- smjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using software or automated tools to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
- Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
- Players may opt out of bonus offers by contacting smjl support before making a qualifying deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements are immediately activated.
6. Game Rules & Fairness
- All casino games available on the smjl platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be void and all wagers returned to the player's account. smjl's decision on the resolution of technical malfunctions is final.

- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game results.

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the smjl platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the smjl platform, including but not limited to: software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the proprietary property of smjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any smjl content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- smjl provides its platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smjl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- smjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds due to network interruption, loss of data, or unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence.
- smjl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, smjl may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Upon termination not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Republic of the Philippines. smjl operates in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework and all applicable Philippine gaming laws.
13. Amendments to These Terms
smjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where materially significant changes are made, smjl will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the smjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
